Chamber of Commerce is a
volunteer non profit organization with a mission of the optimum development and growth of the Morgantown-Butler County area and a purpose of promoting the commercial, industrial, civic and general welfare of the community area. Striving to accomplish its purpose the Chamber of Commerce organizes and hosts many programs and events throughout the year. Some of the events are focused around unifying the community, promoting and growth of local businesses and offering more activities for the young and old. This non-profit organization serves as a unifying force for its businesses and community.
The members of the Chamber of Commerce is a diverse group representing all types of businesses and industry. Together the chamber members achieve collectively what few could do individually: the optimum development and growth of Morgantown. More than 140 businesses, individuals and professional firms cooperate to make Morgantown a better place to live, work and play.
